UpDown cottage has all of the comforts you would expect in a modern home and all the character of a traditional old cottage. We will let you decide if its old or new. Our home is smoke, child and pet free! As seasoned travellers we think we understand what our guests expect to look for whilst travelling away from home. It is important that our guests are happy during their stay whether it is for business, family occasions or simply a holiday. We have been offering bed and Breakfast in Cornwall for over ten years and we really enjoy being your hosts. Arrival and Departure TimesTo ensure that your room is ready and meets our high standards we ask our guests to arrive after 4.00pm and before 6.00pm and your room is vacated by 10.30am. If the arrival departure or breakfast times cause you any inconvenience, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Cream TeaIf our guests stay two ore more nights we offer a complimentary Cornish Cream Tea with prize winning home made scones. This is served during our check in time 4.00pm to 6.00pm! Other Important Bits and Pieces!Sitting Room and GardenGuests are most welcome to relax and share our sitting room and garden during their stay. ChildrenThere are no children in the cottage and we do not offer accommodation to families with children under the age of 16 years PetsThere are no family pets and we do not accept pets. If you need to bring your pet there are several boarding options available locally. ParkingThe cottage has its own private car parking area off the road. For larger vehicles please let us know ahead of time.
